I've renewed the domain name "blueknightcubing.com" for another year. It cost about 32 bucks, if you're curious about what a website costs.
I removed the shoutbox feature from my main page. Stupid people have nothing better to do than to try and impersonate me, or leave pointless comments. I don't have time to monitor it while I'm busy at the university, so I've had to take it down. Please feel free to leave comments regarding the site on my YouTube page.
Speedcubing for Life:
My name is Lance Taylor and I like the color blue. I also like to solve Rubik's Cubes and teach other people to solve them as well. Most of my free time is spent on YouTube, where I have plenty of fun tutorials teaching how to solve different puzzles, and showing off puzzles you probably have never seen before. I decided that it would be nice to have a website as well, where I could put all my best algorithms and explanations. Hopefully, this will be a valuable resource for speedcubers from many countries!
It should be said that I am not a very fast speedcuber. At 23 seconds on average, I have what may seem like demon-like speed to beginners, but really I am just barely entering the world of advanced speedcubing. I now know a full 2-step last layer (Full Oll + Full PLL = 78 algorithms) and am working on my F2L. I hope to be averaging sub-20 soon.
A while ago, I was really into speed solving puzzles (mostly 3x3 and square 1), but now I've sort of lost interest in that. The reason is because I think it's far more valuable to be good at lots of different things than to spend all my time working on speed cubing methods. Learning to speed solve takes a lot of time, and I'm perfectly content with how fast I have become.In the meantime, I'll keep this site up so that you can learn the things that I have learned.
